USP means ‘unique selling proposition’. For your marketing to be effective, it’s important for you to know, and be able to summarise in a single line, what your USP is.

To find this out, some questions to ask yourself may be:

  • What makes you different from everyone else?
  • Define what you do best
  • What people do you want to do it for?
  • What keywords would you search for to find your business?
  • What is missing from your competitors websites?
